How to Check Your BECE 2023 Results in Ghana

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) will release the results of the 2023 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) in Ghana in August 2023. Candidates can check their results online, by SMS, or at their designated examination centers.

To check your results online, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the WAEC website: https://eresults.waecgh.org/
  2. Click on the “BECE Results” tab.
  3. Enter your index number and date of birth.
  4. Click on the “Submit” button.

Your results will be displayed on the screen.

To check your results by SMS, follow these steps:

  1. Text “BECE” to 944.
  2. Enter your index number and date of birth.
  3. Send the message.

Your results will be sent to your phone as an SMS.

To check your results at your designated examination center, go to the center and present your index number and date of birth. The results will be displayed on a board.

Things to keep in mind when checking your BECE 2023 results:

  • The results will be released on the WAEC website and by SMS on the same day.
  • You will need your index number and date of birth to check your results.
  • The results will be available for 30 days after they are released.
  • If you have any problems checking your results, you can contact the WAEC office in Ghana.
