well there's no way of loosing weight fast. if you want to loose weight, you do exercise and a lot of exercise

cut down on junk food like fried rice and chicken. AND START eating real food.

sleep at least six hours a day and never eat late.

have a lot of friends and be a happy person then you will loose weight
