2015 batch of students had some of their certificates defaced or damaged.
I'm a victim of such an unfortunate situation, I therefore went to the school for a letter directing me to the headquarters of waec to give my old one and ask for replacement .
I want to know if they can really do that for me .

Candidates who lost or Misplaced their Original Certificate are to report to any WAEC Office in the State he or she sat for the examination and apply for “Attestation of Results”. The Attestation of Result confirms that the individual registered and sat for the West African Senor School Certificate Examination

You can do same for a defaced certificate.
