J, according to UG(University of Ghana) you can only further in the field you have the HND in not another. In your case your HND is in education while your desired field is in IT So no it is not possible with UG.
Concerning KNUST(Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology)these are their requirement: HND Holders with Three (3) years relevant working experience in addition to the Minimum Entry Requirement at WASSCE/SSSCE or Five (5) GCE O’ Level credits including English Language and Mathematics. and you can only apply in the same field so your dream is possible if you apply with your SSCE/WASSCE results to offer that.

J. asamoah,
ICT is a very broad term so i would appreciate if you were a bit specific so that i can accurately answer your question. There is no course in any of the universities for undergraduate degree called ICT. but there are some programs that fall under the term ICT.
We have Information studies, Bsc Computer science, BA Computer science Major, and 2 minor
Computer engineering , etc These all falls under ICT. We will need to know the exact program you want to offer to give you information about the possibilities of your question and then possible procedures. Thank you and i wait for your reply.
