The price of land in ghana is dependent on the location. if the land is located in the cities or closer, they are very expensive but if the land is situated in the countryside, then the price decreases drastically

generally for the price of a proper 3 acres of land, you should be prepared to pay around 10,000cedis for it if situated in the cities or around

but the price will be around 1500 for the same amount of land for the 3 acres
Also a plot of land is not solely dependent on the location but also from whom the land is Ghana a lot of estate organizations have bought huge plots of land and are also selling to the individual so that might raise the cost of it a little higher..
between 1,500- 10,000 Gh cedis one can acquire a plot of land in Ghana
