So please d program of your choice will be given to u if one don't meet the cut off point,  But is just  that one will be a fee paying student....

It depends on every institution and their cutoff points and requirement.

there are cutoff for fee paying too. the fact that you a program of your choice and does not meet the regular cutoff does not mean you will get your choice at fee paying. there are some schools that give a related course to you when there are vacancies and you meet the cutoff for that course

if one doesnt meet the requisite cut off point he/she can apply for fee paying and please with the fee paying too there are also cutoff points associated to it
