In the 1980s, Large communities of ghanians in nigeria were depoted back to ghana. The bags they travelled with was a campaign bag to that incident hence The name ghana-must-go. Niger didnt want ghanaians in their country so they made ghana-must -go till all the ghanains were deported. Since then, the bag that ghanaians travelled with during the massive deportation still retains its name till date.
