Yusuf becoming fat is mostly based on eating a lot of fatty foods and not doing enough activity to burn the fats. Foods in ghana that contains a lot of fats includes the popular fried rice and chicken. Ghainaians we fry everything and we eat a lot of oil. We over pour the oil when making stew. Our stews are full of oil. We eat a lot of junk foods especially fried foots. This ranges from Boaflot, koose, buying waakye with a lot of oil in the stew, pork both boiled and fried, a lot of pizza etc. If you want to eat foods with a lot of oil and stay healthy at the same time, then you must be prepared to do vigorous activities or exercises to burn the fats. Most of us do not do any vigorous activity at all so most of the oil we consume is still in our body which makes us sick and then overweight
