Both are bad. Whether you are fat or thin shouldn't be the issue. the issue is whether you are healthy. There are a lot of people who have big bones and are not fat. To be fat means that you have excess fat in your body that is unwanted. You can be slim and FAT and you can be very huge and not fat.
In ghana, people associate being FAT with size although this is not wrong it is not the definition of FAT. Most people in ghana are fat and that is bad because this people are eating too much oil and yet do not do any activity that burns the oil in the their bodies. If your are fat, you easily fall sick that's why it is not good.

There are a lot of people who look slim but they are also FAT. JUST STAY HEALTHY AND TRY TO EAT FOODS THAT IS GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH AND ALSO TRY TO EXERCISE SO THAT YOU CAN BURN ANY EXCESS FAT IN YOUR BODY.
