Smoke normally this happens as a result of two things. Either you are a person that doesn't exercise at all so when you climb that much stairs you therefore get tired and dizzy as a result of having shorter breaths therefore little oxygen is taken into the body and so it means less oxygen to the brain and so the dizziness. Exercising regular to be fit will definitely help as well as eating good healthy balanced diet.
