Either you are a person that doesn't exercise at all so when you climb that much stairs you therefore get tired and dizzy as a result of having shorter breaths therefore little oxygen is taken into the body and so it means less oxygen to the brain and so the dizziness. Are you afraid of heights? It might be the course. Some people have blood rushing to their head upon any vigorous activity like climbing which causes dizziness. I will advice you to see a Doctor about this because it can make you fall from a story building. It is something that can be cured so seek help
