Church registration in ghana was required by law up to 1992.....

According to our constitution currently churches are not required by law to register with the registrar generals department though the department of registrars say that some churches have approached them to be registered and they indeed registered them.

If you still need to register your church irrespective of whether the constitution demands it or not, visit the office of the registrars general department nearest to you and you will be registered together with the non governmental organisations.
