Making Ghanaian peanut soup is very easy if you use the right techniques. There are many ways of cooking Ghanaian peanut soups and the details which have been listed below show you how to perfectly do that with maximum ease.

Cooking Ghanaian peanuts soups could be done if you follow the details below with carefulness. Of course, you will not be able to prepare Ghanaian peanut soup without having these ingredients;

1.2 lbs chopped beef or lamb
462 g of peanut butter
22 g of beef bouillon
2 large size tomatoes
2 large onions (1 should be diced)
You will be able to make Ghanaian peanut soup by making sure that you grab a saucepan now. Cook your lamb or beef. Make sure that you are boiling your meat with enough water. Cook your meat with diced onions and add 11 grams of beef bouillon to it.

As the meat boils in your saucepan, make sure that you boil one large size onion and 2 tomatoes inside it. Wait for about 10 minutes and allow the vegetables to become really soft. Grab a blender and remove the veggies from the saucepan so that you can blend them. You will need to use a ladle to move liquid from the boiling meat to your blenders jar. Keep your veggies in a liquid state as you blend them well.

Make sure that your peanut butter is mixed with a bit of water (4.5 ounces of water). Get it to be in a liquid state.

Add your concoction (veggies) to the boiling meat now. Stir your mixture immediately. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of pepper to the mixture and let your saucepan simmer. After a few minutes, add your peanut butter to the concoction and stir immediately while letting your saucepan simmer. Add another 11 grams of beef bouillon to the soup. Cover your saucepan partially. Let the soup cook for less about 24 to 50 minutes. Always observe it when it is cooking so that you can stir it.
