200 g Self Raising Flour
100 g Margarine
100 g Sultanas
100 g Caster Sugar
30 ml Milk
Rub the self raising flour and margarine together.
Stir in the sugar and sultanas.
Stir in the egg.
Add the milk a little at a time until the mixture sticks together and is a bit soggy.
Spoon the mixture into heaps onto a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
You can use other dried fruit instead of sultanas.
