Some people really do not follow the given instructions when filling forms for official purposes. I have seen cases where 8A students were refused admission because they did not provide a certain information that the forms asked for. Some people who were supposed to provide passport of a certain background colour decides to provide a passport with a different background colour than the one they are supposed to provide. Some people also provide date of birth that conflicts with the one on the birth certificate. Others provide names that is either different or not in the same other as the one their wascce certificate. Also some people skip some information they were supposed to provide when filling the forms. Others do not even provide important data that the school asked for etc. U see, what disqualifies a lot of people in admission is not their grades but rather their attitude. If you can't fill a simple university form but you got 8As in wassce, then your results is questionable. A lot of petty things like this disqualifies so many people. This is what the admission committee mostly look for. They look for those that filled the forms really well and then later those that had good grades among those that filled the forms well. So if you had good grades but failed to fil the admission forms well, you are disqualified before the game even starts.
I hope you understand.
