Yes kofi, they will reason the same salary if they are both teaching. But if they are not then they will receive different salaries based on what work they do.
The reason is that they both have the same qualification. Salaries, according to the single spine salary structure are based on qualifications and nothing more.So they both would be given equal salaries.The only difference is that the distance learner diploma has wider expansion in future opportunities than the teacher trainee with diploma.
