Sorry for the late answer ok?
Getting a job in ghana as a graduate from the university is very hard nowadays. The reason is that there are not enough companies to employ the graduates and also most of the companies in the country are small scale companies that do not have the means to pay the salary of graduates. Most university graduates takes an average of one or two years just looking for a job. If you are lucky, you might get employed from the company that you did internship with.
Overall careers in the health sector are very easy to get for those who qualify because there is a huge demand in the health industry of Ghana for health personnel which includes doctors, nurses, midilabs, physiotherapist etc. Most business student in ghana either offer administration or accounting related course in the country and due to the large number of business administration graduates, it is not even easy to find a decent job.
Also a lot of companies are willing to even employ our university graduates because most of them do not really know any anything apart from theory. Foreign companies mostly are amazed at how impractical ghanian graduates are. If you really need a job in ghana right now, just going to school will not be enough. You must be very educated and not just schooled. Schooling and education are two different things that people tend to confuse one with the other. To succeed in anything in life, you need education and not schooling. If you want a job right after you graduate school, you must have a very high GPA Or you must have links or you must be very skillful practically at something or you must have offered a health related course. This is the sad truth. Ghana is one of the best countries in the world but before you succeed at getting a good job that will pay you well. You must be the best at something. Something that is helpful and useful and then you can add your degree to it
