People in Ghana eat three times a day. The working class population always takes after the westerners and therefore they take tea or milo with bread in the morning.
in the afternoon, they take heavy food like fried rice and chicken or banku and stew or plain rice and stew or ampesi with stew etc.
in the evening they usually take fufu or banku or yam with stew or rice with stew etc. Most Ghanaian would like to eat soup with something else for supper.
If you dont belong to the sedentary population but do manual work, you should usually skip the tea or milo and go get yourself a very heavy food. ITS the norm
