There is no specific word for hello in twi. You can just mention the person's name or use any title that you see fit. For in instance you can say "Ohemaa" to every lady in your age group as a from of salutation. The age of the person too would determine how to say hello to the person. In ghana hello is very common so you don't even need a substitute.
